About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various projects, Capture high-quality video footage at rallies, events, press conferences, and interviews.
• Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other platforms.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high production quality.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using video editing software.
• Incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance video quality and storytelling.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Stay up to date with video production trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality of content.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Familiarity with live streaming and drone videography is a bonus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
• Flexibility to travel frequently for campaign events.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and framing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A creative portfolio showcasing your videography and editing skills is required.
