Role Description:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Editor and Content Creator who can bring brands to life through engaging videos and reels. As a Video Editor and Content Creator, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and uploading high-quality videos for our sites, often on-site, and must have a strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Video Production: Visit site locations to shoot professional videos, reels, and other multimedia content according to the project requirements.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage to produce polished, engaging videos that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
• Content Optimization: Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms, focusing on trends, timing, and format.
• Post-Production Tasks: Add graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and sound to enhance the overall production quality.
• Uploading and Distribution: Upload final videos to various social media platforms, ensuring content are properly tagged, scheduled, and set for maximum engagement.
• Collaboration with Team: Work closely with sales marketing team and our creative team to ensure alignment with project goals and company’s expectations.
• Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and social media content to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, with a portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, audio, and camera operation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and best practices for video content.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and meets project deadlines.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel to our sites as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt to company’s & team requirements.
