To handle payroll/training/HR operations. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. The role involves managing HR policies, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Accommodation and statutory benefits are provided.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, including employee records, HRIS management, and policy implementation.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
• Coordinate and conduct employee training programs, workshops, and skill development sessions.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and grievance handling.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be fluent in Hindi.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
• Prior experience in HR & Operations will be an advantage.
