Job Purpose: Setting up of processes, systems & ways of working to systematically drive the Distribution sales channel forward Identification of growth opportunities through analysis of Retailer-level data at a country-level and executing central initiatives derived from the analysis   Business Responsibility Areas: Secondary sales areas: To analyze Retailer level data at a Unit/Region level, to find opportunity areas and to flag inefficiencies in system to internal teams Identify under-performing cities & clusters for specific product-segments and help in root-cause analysis of the same Also flag such cities to internal team Identify relevant product-level opportunities in Channel 10, for various adhesive products Distributor Management System adoption: Drive usage of DMS with Distributors To ensure seamless DMS operations through close coordination with IT team, Vendor & Regional teams Benchmark with industry standards and keep improving the DMS system Development and Maintenance of Applications linked to distribution ecosystem: Work with IT team and vendors to develop apps for relevant stakeholders internal & external Increase adoption and drive action areas basis the data points   Scorecard Management: Effective framing up & driving of scorecards to drive compliance & productivity levels Regional & Distributor scorecards AMFP / SSO ways of working Help design the content of the AMFP / SSO work plans Subsequently monitor their effective usage across regions   Education Qualification: Any Graduation   Work Experience: 10 years of work experience
