Tendering - Sr. Executive !

Looking for Sr. Executive Tendering ( must be (B.Tech))

Job Function description:

Basic Knowledge of GEM, E-Procurement, Ariba, and N-Procurement and other portals,

tender Searching, Tender Archiving, EMD / SD Coordination, Low Value Tender Submission, Bid Costing for Composite Tender Bids and Comparison to Competition, Listing products, responding to tenders, and managing orders and payments,

Familiarity with multiple eProcurement systems to identify relevant tenders,

submit bids, and interact with contracting organizations, Managing procurement activities,

responding to RFQs, submitting proposals, and communicating with suppliers and buyers,

Registering on the platform, submitting bids for tenders, and managing procurement documents,

Submission of Invoice on IREPS and GEM portals.

Preferred candidate profile: Preferably Should be from Delhi

Educational Qualification: must be (B.Tech) &Technical Background is preferable.

Special skills Required:

LETTER WRITING (FOR ASKING REUND OF EMD, SD, PBG TO GOVT. DEPARTMENTS) BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF GOVT. TENDERING PORTALS, EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT PPT
