Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor with experience in selling MBA/PGDM programs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the education industry, with a proven track record in student counseling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
• Effectively promote and sell MBA/PGDM programs priced between ₹8-15 Lakhs.
• Engage with leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Provide detailed information about course offerings, career prospects, and financial options.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to generate high-quality leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in student recruitment.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in selling MBA/PGDM programs.
• Mandatory experience in the education industry (preferably higher education/admissions).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven approach with excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and admission software is a plus.

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with business schools or higher education institutions.
