Established in Hyderabad in the year 1996, the organization implements projects across health, education and skill development to improve the lives of people with Disability or Divyangjan’, as named by the Government of India.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated person who is enthusiastic and passion about End to End HR Process and learning new skills. Well versed with the HRMS tool, Attendance & Leave Management System.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Create detailed job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various platforms (Job Sites, social media).
• Use various methods (databases, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to find potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
• Shortlist candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Perform Initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
• Ask preliminary questions to gauge fit for the position.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company and the role.
  
  

On boarding & Exit Process:

• Taking care of on-boarding of the new hires and give them the brief about the organisation & company policies.
• Taking care of New Hire & Exits documentation.

HRMS Tool:

• Well versed with HRMS tools like Keka, Salesforce and maintaining employee database.

Attendance & Leave Management:

• Responsible for maintaining attendance management system.
• Maintaining leave balance report.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA HR
• Experience 0 to 3 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi.
