Role & responsibilities

• Handling entire recruitment cycle
• Interview process
• Joining formalities & documentation
• Office administration
• Backend operations and other HR related assignments
• Should have sound knowledge of staffing industry
• Have knowledge in sourcing from different job portals (Naukri, Monster) & field recruitment
• Have done blue collared hiring for warehouses in positions like Data Entry Operator, loader, unloader, picker, packer (warehouse floor staffs)

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Graduate/Postgraduate in HR.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in HR & Operations.
• Good communication skills
• Managerial skills
