HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and manage core HR functions, including HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and HR queries.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and background verification.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in implementing improvements.
• Organize HR events, celebrations, and training sessions.
• Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
