Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or human resources management.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Proficiency in using medical insurance software for tracking candidate data.
