Job Description
- Pole concreting, Cable stringing work Photos/Videos Monitoring
- Store incoming material check list and Details in Excel Report with Photos-Monitoring
- DTR,LTAB,Conductor,Bay check list Updating and Monitoring
- Pole grouting check list with GPS photos attached
- Material Quality issue report
- QA/QC Training attendance sheet (Weekly 1)
- Lab testing register 8 NCR and compliance letters report
- NCR Tracking sheet 10 NABL Sample testing letter and reports
- NABL Sample testing tracking sheet
- Internal NCR to contractor (weekly min 3)
- No. of pole erected feeder wise tracking Excel sheet
- Sub-contractor bill check summary
- Monthly Field quality report with photograph attached
- Final inspection visit sheet
