Asst. Manager / Manager - Accounts

Job Description:

• Accounts & Finance controller @ Regional office o Preparation of project wise financials.
• Awareness about Ind AS compliances
• MIS Reports i.e. profitability, Budget vs Actual, Cash flow, etc.
• Control on Inventory and material consumption.
• Verification and approval of vendor/subcon fund requirement and ensure timely release of payment.
• Monitor / ensure compliances from subcontractors, vendors as per WO /PO terms, recoveries, Bank Guarantees, etc.
• Internal, statutory audit compliances to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain client RA bill receivable statements with remarks on outstanding amounts and collection targets, reporting delays as needed.
• Coordination with HO, Project Sites and other departments.

Key Skills:

• Working experience on SAP HANA o Experience of EPC company for Road, Building, Power Projects.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of compliance regulations. o Excellent reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in handling vendor and subcontractor accounts and audits.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
