Sales Support Coordinator

Job Brief

- Back end support for sales and marketing.

Role & responsibilities

- Co-ordinating with marketing executives and prospective clients and understanding their requirements.

- Consulting the technical team with respect to specifications required.

- Pricing with the support of Marketing Executives and preparation and sending of quotations.

- Concluding the deals within shortest time possible.

- Arranging transportation.

- Preparing and handling invoice.

- Sending E-mails, attending customers and co-ordinating with buyer over mails/calls regarding supply.

- Co-ordinating with factory for despatch of materials.

- Followup of payments getting due and payments getting defaulted.

- Maintenance and updation of excel with department data and preparation of MIS (Management Information System).

- Checking with tally for payments.

Job Qualification and Skills

- Any Graduate.

- Knowledge of tally and Excel.

- English communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

Working days and Timings

- Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

- Work starts at 9:30 AM and ends at 6:00 PM.
