Role & responsibilities

• Manage Customer Inquiries, Resolve Issues and Follow up on Sales Leads
• Communicate with Clients and Leads Via Email, Phone and Chat
• Coordinate with other Department to ensure Smooth Sales operations
• Keep Payment Record and payment Follow up
• Manage Customer Database and update systems
• Prepare Sales Report and Presentations
