Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Member will be responsible for overseeing Strategic and Operational recruiting strategy for Aliaxis, India. Partner with Managerial / Senior Leadership and Colleagues to determine key hiring needs and sourcing strategies. Oversees the daily operations of the recruiting department and onboarding experience. In addition, they will be responsible for assisting in full life cycle recruiting to support the current and forecasted hiring needs of Brightly by sourcing, interviewing, building rapport and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the new hire and onboarding process. The incumbent must have a natural ability to build strong relationship with hiring managers, vendors and innovative in the recruitment processes to continually support the Brightly culture.
Roles and Responsibility:
  • Collaborates with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop recruitment plans based on resource needs, participates in internal and external job candidate selection, including screening, conducting interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition tracker to present to Stakeholders in weekly update calls.
  • Create and maintain metrics for Talent Acquisition dashboard to be shared with Senior Leadership consistently.
  • Own relationship with vendors/tools such as Naukri, search Partner etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates and vendors.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Work with the Hiring Manager to support a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends regarding market competition.
  • Keep up to date on the latest and greatest sourcing tools, techniques and programs.
  • Research, recommend and help implement sourcing solutions to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance is met with all legal aspects of recruiting.
  • Working in HRMS system -Workday
Role Specific Competencies:
  • Bachelor s degree with 6+ years working as a technical/Sales recruiter hiring top talent in a vibrant environment.
  • Successful track record of identifying, engaging and closing junior to mid level candidates.
  • Solid experience with MS Suite of product including excel and power point.
  • Use talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough.
  • Driven and always find ways of improving the quality of work.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
  • Passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviewed has an outstanding and positive experience.
  • Proactive in the ability to identify and set time constraints for in demand skills
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when discussing sensitive items such as salary, benefits and backgrounds.
  • Solution finder, proactive, assumes responsibility for outcomes, creative and a self-managed individual.
  • Flexibility with changes in hiring priorities and the ability to formulate plans to fill new roles efficiently.
  • Hands on working in HRMS (Workday)
