Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Warehouse to oversee the operations of our newly established warehouse in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inventory flow, maintaining stock accuracy, and optimizing warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination with vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage warehouse costs, including labor, transport, and utilities.
• Implement technology solutions for inventory tracking and warehouse management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
• Handle audits, stock reconciliation, and reporting of warehouse performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Fitness & Wellness Industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience in working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
