Construction Lead-Hotel

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall management, coordination and control of the site.
• Coordination with project consultants for RFI
• Provide scheduling inputs and schedule forecast for master programme
• Analyze drawings, drive construction process, analysing the delays and taking corrective actions for speedy delivery and desired results
• Management of all the resources at site
• Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment
• Implement Quality Control procedures on site
• Implement HSE procedures on site
• Managing proper documentation at site

Skills and Qualification -

• Diploma, B. Tech. or B.E. (Civil)
• Must have more than 15 years of experience in construction management, project control, cost management & co-ordination.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in capacity of a Construction Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Bangladesh.
• Completed atleast 3-4 hotel projects with atleast 1 hotel project in Bangladesh.
• Exposure in working with large construction and project management organizations.
• Good command over Bangla, Hindi & English both read & write.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and good reporting skills with management
