AI Ethics and Compliance Engineer - Zenith Platform Rebuild - Offshore

DayToDay Responsbilities: - Ensure AI systems are designed and implemented in alignment with ethical principles, including fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy. - Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to incorporate ethical considerations into the AI development lifecycle. - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant AI regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, AI Act). - Stay informed about evolving legal and regulatory frameworks impacting AI technologies and ensure that AI systems adhere to these requirements. - Develop and implement methods for detecting and mitigating bias in AI models and datasets. - Conduct audits and assessments to ensure AI systems are free from unintended biases and discrimination. - Ensure AI systems comply with data protection regulations and privacy best practices. - Work closely with data protection officers and legal teams to address privacy concerns related to AI-driven data processing. - Conduct ethics reviews and risk assessments for AI projects, identifying potential ethical risks and recommending mitigation strategies. - Develop and maintain ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI development within the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and product teams, to ensure alignment on ethical AI practices. - Educate and train teams on ethical AI principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
