Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring timely meetings, appointments, and events.
Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate a team of associates providing support to the CEO, ensuring smooth workflow and task delegation.
Administrative & Strategic Support:
Provide high-level administrative assistance, prepare reports, presentations, and help with strategic decision-making and research.
Travel Coordination:
Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the CEOs preferences.
Communication Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, manage communication across teams, clients, and business partners.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information, and represent the CEO with the highest degree of professionalism.
