The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full-cyclerecruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent tomeet the companystaffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies toattract qualified candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards,social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potentialcandidates.
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) toensure accurate and timely candidate information.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Clients.
Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities andgenerate reports as needed
