Python/Odoo Developer - Backend Architecture (2-4 yrs)

Position : Python Odoo Developer Experience: 2+ Yrs

Location : Indore

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days

Roles and Responsibility :

- Develop and customize Odoo modules according to client requirements, including but not limited to CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, and HR modules.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather

requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and implement customizations, workflows, and reports within the Odoo framework to meet business needs.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications using APIs and web services.

- Optimize Odoo performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency.

- Stay up to date with Odoo updates, new features, and community modules, and evaluate their relevance to our projects.

- Document technical specifications, installation instructions, and user guides for Odoo solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain existing Odoo

implementations and provide technical assistance as needed.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Python Programming and SDLC

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on Odoo development and customization.

- Proficiency in Python programming language and familiarity with Odoo framework and development tools.

- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

- Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
