Job Description

Notice period : 1 Month
Skill set : Core IT Hardware, Apple OEM, HP OEM, Samsung OEM , IT Infrasture , Cybersecurity , Back up solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level
      clients.
    • Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their
      expectations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as their advocate within the organization
      2. Business Development:
      • Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and
        develop strategies to capture them.
      • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and
        implement effective sales and marketing plans.
      • Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level
        deals.
        3. Team Leadership:

        • Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team.
        • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team
          members.
        • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

          • 4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

            • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
              conditions.
            • Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business
              strategy accordingly.

              • 5. Financial Management:

                • Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations.
                • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective
                • actions as needed.

                  • 6. Reporting and Analysis:

                    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and
                      stakeholders.
                    • Analyze key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to
                      improve results.
                      Qualifications:

                      • Min Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
                      • Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA
                        from Tier 1 Institutions.
                      • Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client
                        relationships and driving business growth.
                      • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead
                        high-performing teams.
                      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
                      • In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.
                      • Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
                      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
                      • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
