Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of our textile factory, specializing in spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing finishing units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile sales, an understanding of the industry trends, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the textile industry (spinning, sizing, weaving, dyeing & finishing).
• Set sales targets and ensure their achievement on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, buyers, and distributors.
• Handle customer queries, manage negotiations, and close deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns related to orders, delivery, or quality.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and monitor industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions and company objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and sales activity reports.
• Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales within the textile industry, preferably with exposure to spinning, sizing, weaving, and dyeing units.
• Strong knowledge of textile processes and products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
