AD/VP - Social and Economic Empowerment

Arthan is hiring experienced leaders for key roles in collaboration with our partner organization. We are looking for AD/VP-level candidates with expertise in Girl Capital, Womens Empowerment, and Building Resilient Organizations.

Open Positions:

1. AD/VP - Women Empowerment
   Lead initiatives focused on cash-based social protection programs for women, including "Cash + Programming" strategies and nutrition-focused programs.
2. AD/VP - Reduction of Child Marriages
   Develop and implement strategies to reduce child marriages, with an emphasis on government collaboration and child protection programs.
3. AD/VP - Economic Liberty: Skilling Women Ecosystem
   Lead efforts to reform the skilling ecosystem for women in India, advocating for policy change, and managing large, diverse teams to drive impactful projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in relevant areas (social protection, child marriage, women skilling).
• Proven leadership and experience working with government bodies.
• Strong team management and strategy development skills.
