Position: Consultant, Organizational Development

Experience: Minimum 4 years in management consulting, preferably with expertise in organizational development.

Location: Delhi or Bangalore
Contract Type: Contract
Duration: 1 year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant with expertise in organizational development, change management, and leadership transition to support clients in navigating structural transformations, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing leadership effectiveness.

The consultant will work across multiple projects, partnering with the leadership team, Chief of Staff, and key stakeholders to drive sustainable organisational change. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of stakeholder engagement. The consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding organisations through restructuring, cultural shifts, and leadership transitions.

Location: Delhi/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organisational Strategy & Transformation

  • Assess organisational structures, governance models, and leadership effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop strategic plans that align with the organization s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability.

  • Support leadership in designing and implementing organizational transformations, including restructuring, scaling, and impact measurement.

  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify best practices and adapt them to the organization s needs.

2. Leadership & Governance Advisory

  • Guide leadership teams through succession planning, leadership transitions, and governance reforms.

  • Work with Boards, advisory committees, and executive teams to improve decision-making structures.

  • Design leadership development programs that cultivate talent pipelines and strengthen leadership capabilities.

3. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and implement structured change management frameworks to help organizations navigate transitions smoothly.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to align teams around organizational goals and priorities.

  • Design internal and external communication strategies that foster trust, transparency, and engagement.

  • Address resistance to change and build organizational resilience through inclusive decision-making processes.

4. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Conduct organizational audits and efficiency assessments to optimize workflows, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance collaboration, decision-making, and impact measurement.

  • Support organizations in adopting technology, knowledge management systems, and operational best practices to increase effectiveness.

5. Culture, Talent Development & Team Capacity Building

  • Facilitate team-building workshops, leadership retreats, and organizational culture assessments.

  • Design and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategies that promote inclusive workplaces.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, preferably with expertise in organizational development and change management.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing change management strategies for leadership transitions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse teams effectively.

  • Experience in designing and conducting workshops, town halls, and training programs.

  • Ability to analyze employee engagement data and integrate feedback into change processes.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and communication platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, strategic approach to organizational transitions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with NGOs or mission-driven organizations.

  • Familiarity with leadership development and workforce transformation best practices.

  • Experience in developing organizational policies related to change management.
