Responsibilities:

• Lead OD/TAD training data handling, necessities and meet functional reporting needs (Data clean up, templates, data structuring, predictive analysis, reporting and data cataloging)

• Assist in organizing Mainframe training needs, structured programs, and ad hoc requests, relate to competency mapping and learning maps and indicate red flags on data insufficiency, irregularities to create a robust data model etc.

• Elicit upskilling training requirements from leaders of mainframe disciplines (e.g., Network, Databases, Automation, Storage, Software upgrades/installs, CICS, etc.) for their teams.

• Assist mainframe leaders in defining KPIs with measurable attributes (success criteria) for ad hoc trainings.

• Engage with mainframe leaders regularly to discuss and review training progress.

• Work with OD TAD Director to determine best training delivery approaches and refinements

• Feedback collation on training projects and evaluate success, opportunity scopes with vendors to tag to ROI on training budget utilized

Required Qualifications:

• Sound proficiency in data handling skills (collection, cleanup and analysis, organization, and presentation) and maintaining data hygiene for regularized leadership reporting with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficient at using Excel and familiar with Power BI, Tableau, or related Data visualization tools, with eye for detail.

• Proficiency with MS Office products (PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).

• 3+ years of Project Management experience handling medium- to large-scale global projects and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Able to effectively manage competing priorities from global stakeholders.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including communicating with key stakeholders.

• Highly motivated, ardent desire to learn quickly, ability to effectively multi-task and work independently

• Team player and diligence on time critical submissions and proactive planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of corporate work experience

• 2+ years of Project Management experience

• 2-3+ years of Large-scale data handling experience

• Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau

• Working knowledge of SharePoint and AI integration tool preferred

• Bachelors or Masters in IT and related Science streams with preferred Mainframe domain knowledge
