Role Overview

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our daily operations at Artha Senior Care. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to learn about administrative functions in a healthcare and senior care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administrative operations at the center
• Maintain and update records, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate with staff, caregivers, and external vendors for smooth operations
• Handle inquiries (phone, email, and in-person) and assist visitors
• Support event planning and engagement activities for senior residents
• Monitor inventory and assist in procurement of supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the facility
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities proactively
• Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly residents
