Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses to join our medical team at Artha Seniorcare. The ideal candidates must have ICU experience and a strong understanding of elderly care, medical assessments, and care planning. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough medical assessments of new residents and patients

- Assist in developing personalized care plans in collaboration with doctors and the medical team

- Provide holistic and compassionate nursing care to elderly residents

- Administer medications, injections, IVs, and emergency medical interventions as required

- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely reporting and intervention

- Assist residents with daily activities, mobility support, and rehabilitation exercises

- Handle critical situations and medical emergencies promptly and efficiently

- Provide ICU-level care when required, ensuring precision in medical procedures

- Support post-operative residents with specialized nursing and rehabilitation care

- Maintain accurate medical records, medication charts, and progress reports

- Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, hygiene, and infection control measures

- Exhibit leadership qualities, guiding and mentoring junior nursing staff

- Collaborate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, and caregivers to ensure seamless patient care

- Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents and their families

- Act as a team player and leader, fostering a supportive work environment

- Actively participate in training programs and professional development opportunities

- Uphold the values of Artha Seniorcare, ensuring empathy and excellence in all aspects of patient care

Requirements

- ICU experience is a must (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent)

- Valid Nursing Registration & Certification

- Strong clinical, observational, and decision-making skills

- Compassionate, patient-friendly, and empathetic personality

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
