Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elderly clients.
• Develop personalized care and therapy plans to address emotional, cognitive, and behavioral concerns.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
• Facilitate mental wellness workshops and cognitive stimulation activities.
• Collaborate with caregivers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Offer family counseling to help loved ones understand and support seniors mental health needs.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and care plans.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in geriatric psychology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling specialization preferred).
• Licensed or certified to practice psychology.
• Experience working with senior citizens or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for improving elderly well-being.
