General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service delivery across kitchen operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Management: Oversee the seamless functioning of all departments, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

- Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all facility operations to optimize productivity and service quality.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.

- Budget Management: Prepare, track, and control operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

- Vendor Management: Negotiate and maintain contracts with external service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

- Resident Experience: Collaborate with staff to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents and their families.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living sectors.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
