Job Description

This role will work US hours to support the global TA Operations team. Develop and implement content strategies that align with our employer brand and recruitment marketing goals. Create and curate high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, talent communities, blogs, and career sites. Manage and optimize marketing efforts of conversion, nurturing, and engagement through utilizations of our CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) solutions. Collaborating and partnering with regional and role-specific leads for the customization of organic social and email content that is focused on hiring needs. Utilize your 2-4 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing to drive content excellence. Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement. Demonstrate a passion for employer brand and recruitment marketing and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for improvement. Deep understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing principles. Experience using social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost. Strong written communications skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in design software and tools like Adobe Suite and Canva. Proven record of accomplishment with creating engaging and shareable content. Profound understanding of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and how to infuse it is messaging into employer brand content. Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
