Estate Manager / House Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the House as a House Manager / Estate Manager (only for female candidates)

• House Management, Travel Arrangements, Party and Events Arrangement, Vendor & AMC Management, Purchase Inventory and Store Management.
• Manage a team of all house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision.
• Implement work procedures and SOPs as defined by house owner
• Ensure cleaning & hygiene, technical and other services are maintained at house
• Event planning and arrangements, Planning & Organising for all the events personal and official.
• Do marketing research and procure items as per requirements (online and offline).
• Managing Food, Service staff and inventory control of Food items
• Resolve staff grievances and conduct welfare activities.
• Assist Family members and Guests in personal shopping
• Keep the record of family belongings, Interior & Exterior Decorative accessories etc.
• Managing petty cash for daily expenses
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery of Food and other arrangement for Family & Guests
• Manage Horticulture and Landscaping area
• Prepare MIS report and consumption reports
