Senior Shopify Developer - Javascript (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer with strong JavaScript and AWS skills to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom Shopify stores, optimizing performance, and integrating with various systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of Shopify Liquid, JavaScript frameworks (NestJS and Vue.js), TypeScript, and AWS Terraform.

Key Responsibilities :

Custom Page Creation and Development: Develop and maintain custom pages within the Shopify environment using Liquid, JavaScript, and related technologies.

UI Optimization :

- Optimize the user interface and user experience through CSS and JavaScript improvements, focusing on performance and responsiveness.

Data Layer Optimization :

- Create and optimize data layers for analytics and reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection.

Site Health Monitoring :

- Regularly monitor and maintain the health and performance of Shopify sites, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Custom App Support :

- Provide support and maintenance for custom Shopify apps developed and hosted on AWS, ensuring their stability and functionality.

Vendor Coordination :

- Coordinate with technical vendors to address integration touchpoint failures, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Shopify App Evaluation :

- Evaluate and recommend Shopify apps to meet new business requirements, including conducting thorough QA validations.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
