Sales:
- Drive NCA, new SIP registrations, SIP book growth, AUM from our own app and web digital assets.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, average transaction value, and user retention to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Behavioural Data Utilization:
- Work closely with Analytics to analyze engagement metrics (user sessions, drop-offs, conversion rates, TAT, etc.) to identify opportunities for increasing sales and reducing barriers to transactions.
- Leverage behavioral segmentation by analytics to create targeted sales campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
Conversion Optimization:
- Identify and address friction points in the sales funnel, from user onboarding to final transaction.
- Work with Analytics and Marketing to implement A/B testing to enhance sales performance across digital platforms.
Retention and CLTV Expansion:
- Deploy personalized campaigns to retain high-value customers and increase repeat transactions.
- Work out strategies for higher SIP and lumpsum ticket sizes and cross-sell products by understanding user behavior and purchase patterns.
Campaign Management for Sales Enablement:
- Plan and execute sales campaigns (e.g., limited-time offers, goal-based investments) using behavioral data insights to drive urgency and conversions.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring all campaigns drive measurable revenue impact.
Platform-Specific Sales Strategy:
- Drive feature adoption (e.g., SIP calculators, goal-based investing) to facilitate smoother transactions and encourage high-value actions.
- Promote platform exclusives (e.g., better rates or premium services) to encourage direct sales over third-party channels.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work with product, IT, and marketing teams to ensure digital platforms are optimized and generate superior experience.
- Develop a feedback loop to continuously improve the sales journey based on behavioral insights.
