Role Expectations:
The Relationship Manager (RM) is expected to:
- Possess expertise in equity derivatives markets and establish client relationships in the assigned geography.
- Acquire UHNI/Family Office clients (ticket size - 5 Cr+ per account).
- Offer a diverse product suite, including structured products, MFs, AIFs, PMS, and other wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand the client base, revenue, and market share by targeting UHNI, large self-trader clients, and corporate customers.
- Manage and retain client relationships to maximize wallet share across equity and cross-sell products like Alternative Investments, Forex, PMS, and Fixed Income.
- Maintain a multi-product focus and drive cross-sell profitability with both new and existing clients.
- Ensure alignment with internal teams (Risk, Operations, etc.) for seamless business operations.
Functional & Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of capital markets (Cash, F&O, Currency).
- Expertise in wealth products (MFs, PMS, AIFs, SPs) and customization for HNWI clients.
- Business acumen with a hunger to grow, problem-solving abilities, and social intelligence.
- Adherence to corporate and regulatory governance risk frameworks.
