Role Overview:
- Ariqt International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- You will collaborate closely with our development and technical teams to craft customized solutions that meet client needs and provide exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in line with Ariqt's services, including product development, technology modernization, and process optimization.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target potential clients across diverse industries.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to continuously refine business development strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in a client-friendly manner.
- Self-motivated with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
