Vice President - Mutual Fund - Distribution Development Division (20-30 yrs)

Position: Vice President - Distribution Development

Reports to: Senior Vice President

Division/Department: Distribution Development

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Responsible for all ARN related activities for the organization.

2. Work with ARN Committee on all matters related to distributors and distribution development

3. Handle all distributor related communication including query resolution, complaints, disciplinary action advised by ARN Committee

4. Co-ordinate with CAMS unit for ARN/EUIN Registration and renewal related activities

5. Work with Nodal Offices on distributor engagement activities

6. Responsible for managing the entire Distributor Due Diligence activity

7. Maintain MIS of distributors and provide all data related to distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Query and complaint resolution:

- Handle complaints received directly as well as received through SEBI / AMCs/ RTAs and resolve suitably.

- Queries and complaints on ARN/ EUIN registration/ renewal.

- Queries regarding nomenclature of non-individual distributors.

- Queries and complaints regarding transfer of AUM, Commission forfeiture.

- Ensuring that all ARN/EUIN registration and renewal related processes are always functioning smoothly

- Reconciliation of all ARN Registration/ Renewal Fees with CAMS ARN Unit.

- Processing of refund of ARN Registration/ Renewal Fees (above Rs. 20,000/-) received from CAMS.

- Ensuring that the CAMS Unit is delivering as per agreed SLA.

MIS Reporting:

- To ensure submission of various MIS Reports to Management in time.

- Sharing ARN Data with AMCs as per request received from AMC.

ARN Committee Handling:

- Managing the Distributor Due Diligence process end-to-end.

- Sharing due diligence reports with AMCs as per requirement.

Position Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 15+ years of experience in handling mutual fund distributors / channel partners
