Job Description:
Title: Senior Manager/Manager/Lead- Product
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10-15 years of experience
The Product Team is responsible for deliberating and helping the firm develop investment, Product & Economic strategy catering and focused on High Net Worth. Individual clients as well as Corporate Treasuries across all investable assets.
Key responsibilities:
- To manage the product team.
- To manage the relationship with external fund houses which are product manufacturers of PMS, AIFs etc.
- Work on new NON-MF process/ launches in consultation with the Investment Committee
- Carry out PMS/Non-MF Process development/enhancement/changes as and when required.
- The employee would have to liaison with Legal/Compliance to execute AMC/Vendor/Product Manufacturer/Third Party Agreements as and when required.
- To actively interact with product manufacturers to understand attractive investment opportunities, trends in the market to become an early mover.
- To interact and negotiate with various product providers for optimal product pricing.
- To arrange training programs for the Sales channel & External Account Managers (Sub Brokers) on a regular basis both internally as well with external Fund Houses
- Creation of client mailers on client communication to be sent on any regulatory change/product update/process changes etc.
- Organise and Moderate Investment Committee Meetings on a periodic basis to evaluate products and present findings to the team.
- Supporting the Sales team with inputs regarding Products, Markets, Strategic Initiatives, MIS, Operational aspects etc.
- Development & support on future digital projects, which will help the business to have a digital transformation and ease of business. (e.g. Digital MF KYC, Digital application processes, WhatsApp integration etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory requirements.
- To implement relevant strategic & tactical management initiatives.
- To support the Sales channel by assisting them with timely reverts on their MIS related queries and accompanying them for meetings if required.
- To analyse and data mine to generate relevant reports and outputs which impact business decisions.
- To manage product related analytics.
- Portfolio analysis for existing & prospective clients.
