Talent Profile - Client Servicing

Function : Customer Service

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any field with a post-graduation diploma in finance preferred.

Work Experience (highlight) :

- 10 years + in Wealth firms with customer service team experience OR in AMCs (servicing department)

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Timely on-boarding of the client with complete KYC across wealth products, i.e. Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF etc.

- Client registration on companies Platforms.

- Managing Client servicing

- Complete Transaction Management, i.e. form filling, documentations, transaction submission (within TAT), across all products.

- Coordinating with third party manufacturers for transaction execution, documentation and statements.

- Timely processing, reconciliation and submission of the MIS

- Delivery of client reports on real time basis

- Liasioning with Clients and RMs on any requirement

- Managing office admin, Co-ordination with vendors etc.
