POSITION: Business Development Manager (illustrative designation)

LOCATION: Mumbai

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:

- Business development, supporting and executing all business strategies of the organization

- Acquiring corporate clients for NPS business

- Engaging with business teams of group companies to acquire corporate clients

- Supporting the Head-Business Development in all initiatives

- Designing corporate client engagement initiatives

- Managing communication campaigns (similar to a Product Manager)

- Analyzing industry developments and trends

- Assisting in articulating the business strategy

Candidate :

- Experience of ~3-5 years in business development and product management roles

- Relevant experience in the NPS industry would be a strong advantage

- Strong execution skills, communication skills, and corporate client engagement skills

- Committed and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to build and scale up businesses

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and result orientation, pro-active attitude, and networking and relationship management skills
