Risk Officer - Financial Services (8-12 yrs)

Job Title: Risk Officer

Qualification: CA/CS/MBA/LLB

- Assist and coordinate in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks within the company's operations.

- Build consolidated models for computing the IRR for each trust and overall portfolio.

- Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the portfolio by planning and directing all aspects of credit risk.

- Continuous portfolio assessment to suggest policy interventions to keep the risk levels within acceptable range.

- Assist in defining, drafting & implementing Risk framework & Policies across the organization.

- Assist in reviewing acquisition of Non-Performing Assets (NPA) by analyzing and interpreting various financial and legal due diligence reports.

- Develop risk-related plans and formulate strategies to minimize and mitigate risks and also monitoring the progress of the project.

- Regularly report key risk indicators and potential risks to senior management, providing transparent insights into the overall risk profile of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A Chartered Accountant or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or Professional certification in compliance/risk management is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess their impact on business operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
