Currently working in Bank/NBFC as Area Credit Manager/Regional Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and approve loan applications for commercial vehicl financing.

- Analyze financial data, business models, and risk factors to ensure sound credit decisions

- Manage and mentor a team of credit analysts across the region

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align credit policies with business goals

- Monitor portfolio health, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulator requirements.

- Conduct periodic reviews and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of credit analysis in the commercial vehicles/automotive finance sector

- Excellent financial modeling, risk assessment, and decision-making skills

- Team management and stakeholder collaboration abilities

- In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulatory frameworks

Qualifications:

- Graduate, MBA in Finance/CA or equivalent qualification

- Proven track record in regional credit management or similar roles
