Education: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial) | MBA (Operations preferred)

Experience: Minimum 10-15+ years in relevant domains, preferably overseas in the Recycling Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Business Operations:

- Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality output.

- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate vision, mission, and objectives.

- Analyze business requirements and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity.

- Ensure organizational structure, staffing, skills, and processes align with business objectives.

- Drive profitability by optimizing cost, improving efficiencies, and enhancing plant productivity.

- Lead business expansion initiatives, including new product development, capacity enhancement, and diversification.

- Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and service delivery metrics.

- Implement best practices in plant operations through structured policies and procedures.

- Conduct market surveys for raw materials and new product development.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.

- Develop resource planning strategies for workforce, raw materials, and financial planning.

- Continuously analyze production, recoveries, expenses, and fund utilization to optimize revenue.

- Maximize raw material procurement and minimize overheads to drive cost efficiency.
