Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/IATA
We have urgent openings in International ticketing department.
Job Description / Responsibilities
l Travel management, tickets issuance/re-issuance as per the client's requirements
l Manage all transactions related to air services -
l Corporate clients handling, Stakeholder Management at implant locations.
l Ticketing, Amadeus, Customer Handling, Transit visa, international ticketing,
l Extensive experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency.
l Experience in Amadeus, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
l Timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfilment.
l Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal: deliver excellent service to the customers.
Desired profile of the candidate
l 1+ yrs. of experience in Travel with knowledge of international ticketing, fair calculation, issuance, re-issuance, cancellation & refund, routing
