Job Description
Consumer Insights Management
Develop and execute methodologies for collecting and analyzing consumer data that support Air India s strategic marketing initiatives.
Synthesize findings from diverse data sources, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business and marketing strategies.
Strategic Research Initiatives
Lead targeted research projects to uncover insights about customer behaviors, preferences, and trends, directly supporting marketing and brand strategy.
Manage relationships with market research vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of research findings
Data-Driven Strategy Support
Provide key insights that assist in the development of Air India s marketing campaigns, helping to tailor offerings to meet the nuanced needs of diverse customer segments.
Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate consumer insights into broader business analytics frameworks, enhancing overall strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure insights are effectively translated into enhanced customer experiences and marketing tactics.
Engage with IT and data management teams to improve data collection and visualization tools, ensuring insights teams have access to real-time analytics.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time
as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
