Role & responsibilities-

1) Partner Business head in Strategic Planning both at a category, country, regional and brand level.

2)Based on the long and short term growth agenda, identifying growth spots future proofing the portfolio.

3)An intimate understanding of business performance and priorities and cross functional needs.

4)Proactive and ongoing monitoring of in market performance across the 6P's guiding the business on how to optimise and accelerate.

5)Offer foresight rather than just insight.

6)Partner business head in gate keeping of different innovation projects.

7)Briefing, managing and landing all strategic consumer understanding projects.

8)Research Project Planning, brief creation/ brief ownership/landing debrief/ research findings- local and regional projects.

9)Collaboration with other insights team member (Internal & External) to use build and use insights across the organization.

10)Leveraging all the tools and insights at our fingertips/ bringing everything together to land clear and concise story from Research that ultimately drives business action.

11)Managing budgets assigned for insights.
