Role & responsibilities

• Use job portals, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) to source candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Communicate with potential candidates, providing information about the role, company culture, and benefits.
• Build a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparency and timely updates.
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (2024/2023 graduates preferred).
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of job boards, social media recruiting, or ATS is a plus.
