Job Overview:
As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
