Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client servicing, client management, and business development activities to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their needs.
- Manage client communications, providing updates and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services that meet and exceed client expectations.
Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Understand client requirements and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure clients' evolving needs are met.
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking and research.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the client base.
- Participate in pitches and presentations to secure new clients and grow existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in client management, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a remote or onsite (Noida) environment.
