Responsibility:
a) Delivering Sales Target assigned to Zone /Area.
b) Delivering Sales Volume Primary and Secondary target assigned to the Area, Meeting Infrastructure targets.
c) Meeting Distribution expansion targets.
d) People Management.
e) Maintaining a conducive professional relationship with all business partners.
f) Handling a team of Sales Officers (on roll) and driving the towards sales objectives - Managing Team.
g) Keeping them motivated, providing guidance, monitoring performance.
h) Driving Local sales promotion schemes, Visibility campaigns and new product launches.
i) Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level.
j) Managing Depot - ensuring proper claim management, handling compliance issues. k) Analyzing competition scenario & reporting the same. MIS reporting
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidates with minimum 3-5 Years at Area Sales Manager Level (From Premier B School only).
- Must have handled a team of Sales officers and front-line sales representatives.
- Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution related Metrics.
- Channel exposure.
- Must have handled General trade, Standalone Supermarkets, Wholesale Channel.
- We are looking for people who have worked in NESA Market presently or previously only.
- We work from Office/Market for 6 Days.
